Refund Policy

Before initiating a mediation process, the clients and the mediator will agree on the fees that will be charged, taxes and extra expenses, and how these will be paid by the clients.

A mediation process does not necessary end with a signed agreement. It's never a mediator's job to promise the clients that they will reach an agreement. For this reason, if the clients don't reach an agreement presenting solutions for their dispute, this should not be target of a refund.

If, for some reason, the mediator needs to withdrawal from the process and interrupt it, the mediator will refund any fees already paid corresponding to the period after the withdrawal.
